I do love the fast pace of a blog – a quick hit of images and a personal slant. But a love a good read too; and an in depth delve into a subject. I’ve fallen out of love of paper magazines, they just take up space, they weigh a ton in your bag etc etc. Of the new breed of online magazines I’ve fallen for Curio Magazine. Already onto its second edition its a mix of beautifully shot interiors and some smart interviews. So often with a magazine you feel like you’ve seen it all before, but Curio has uncovered some really interesting people and designers. They’ve kindly allowed me to share some images from the magazine here so do please take a peek into Curio.
I hadn’t seen the work of Ana Krass before, or her Bonbon lanterns, each handmade and unique.
I also loved the peek inside the homes of sisters Porter and Hollister Hovey and, pictured below, Fiona Leahy’s warehouse flat in Kensal Rise.
